企業現況

新益工廠於民國五十四年創立，生產切削螺帽，在四年後，改組為路竹新益工廠股份有限公司。路竹新益除了提供標準規範的產品如不銹鋼六角螺帽、尼龍螺帽、蝶型螺帽和CAP NUT外，更有研發部針對客戶之特殊需求，進行全面性的服務。管油壓接頭螺帽就是路竹新益公司產品的另一個特色，棄傳統車修，改以鍛造成型，可減少廢料的產生，維護地球有限資源。除了在製程上力求避免使用環境污染的素材外，還設有專業之污水處理廠及焚化爐，冀求對環保盡一份心力。早在民國67年路竹新益就通過商品檢驗局核定甲等品管工廠。民國79及80年間獲中央標準局核定CAP NUT製造方法專利及中華民國及美國蝶型螺帽製造專利權，並成立車修廠。80到94年間陸續獲通過ISO 9002認證、德國TUV‧TRD-100認證、CNLA實驗室認證、PED 97/23/EC、ISO/TS 16949 等認證。

對於工廠設備方面，路竹新益相信產品優劣與生產設備有著直接的關係。因此路竹新益從日本、瑞士等地引進諸多知名廠商的機械。也自行研發許多高性能機器設備以配合特殊扣件之製造，滿足顧客之需求。新益相信秉持著沉穩、內斂的工廠文化必可走出一條對自己對客戶最有利的道路。

1965 : SHIN YEE IRON & Steel Plant was established.

1967 : Taipei office opened.

1969 : Reorganized as LU CHU SHIN YEE WORKS CO., LTD.

1975 : Cold drawn steel bar division was established.

1977 : First one to develop stainless steel fastener in Taiwan.

1978 : Recognized as A+ quality works by BCIQ.

1987 : Begin to product fitting & tube nuts by Cold Forge .

1988 : Lu Chu Shin Yee Works (Philippine) Corp. was established.

1990 : Grant patent " The Fordging Method of one-piece cap Nuts( DIN 1587 ) " issued by Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C.

1991 : Grant patent " An Improved Method to produce Wing Nut " from National BUREAU of standards Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C. & Commissioner of patents and Trademakes The United States of America Patent Nr. 5.060.331

1991 : Set up turning machine factory.

About Us

SHIN YEE IRON & Steel Plant was established in 1965 as a manufacturer of turning-machined nuts and bolts. Four years later, the company was reorganized into its current form, LU CHU SHIN YEE WORKS CO., LTD, which produces such standard products as stainless hex nuts, nylon insert lock nuts, wing nuts, and cap nuts. The company also has a thriving research and development division that engineers products to customers' specifications. Lu Chu Shin Yee believes there is a direct correlation between the quality of the manufacturing equipment and the quality of the products themselves. Accordingly, top-of-the-line manufacturing equipment is imported from Japan and Switzerland, and new manufacturing equipment is developed on site in order to better meet the needs of customers.

Additionally, Lu Chu Shin Yee has a strong commitment to the environment. For example, hydraulic tube fitting nuts is a product that is manufactured in such a way as to reduce waste and help conserve the earth's natural resources. Rather than following the traditional manufacturing process, Lu Chu Shin Yee avoids use of toxic source materials while making use of efficient sewage treatment plants and incinerators to reduce its carbon footprint.

In 1978, Lu Chu Shin Yee was recognized as an A+ quality works by BCIQ. In the early 1990s, Lu Chu Shin Yee was granted two patents in the production of cap nuts and wing nuts and set up a turning machine factory. Between 1994 and 2005, Lu Chu Shin Yee received ISO 9002, TUV‧TRD-100, CNLA, PED 97/23/EC, and ISO/TS 16949 accreditation.
